With Chorus IT support, the price you pay covers everything we
do, on-site or remote. There are no exceptional charges.
We will quote you a monthly fixed price based on your number of
seats, what you want covered, and whether you have IT employees of
your own.

There are two ways you can pay for IT support: an inclusive
fixed price, or paying for breakdowns as they occur (the
"break-fix" model).
With "break-fix" IT support, there will be sudden costs to meet:
