Our fixed price philosophy

With Chorus IT support, the price you pay covers everything we do, on-site or remote. There are no exceptional charges.

We will quote you a monthly fixed price based on your number of seats, what you want covered, and whether you have IT employees of your own.

Fixed price vs. Break-fix support

There are two ways you can pay for IT support: an inclusive fixed price, or paying for breakdowns as they occur (the "break-fix" model).

With "break-fix" IT support, there will be sudden costs to meet: these might be low, or they could be more than you would have paid for full support for a year. This makes break-fix support a calculated risk, with the smooth running of your business at stake.
