Q - Should I use outsourced IT?

A - Yes! Using outsourced IT gives you access to a broad pool of experienced professionals in their field. Allowing you to concentrate on your core business.

Q - What are the costs of outsourcing my IT?

A - We operate a fixed price monthly system, based on the size of your IT system.

Q - What is covered?

A - Just about everything! You can call us as much as you like, even if you are not sure it's IT related.

Q - What Geographical Locations do you cover?

A- Anywhere! We are based in Bristol and have clients in London, Birmingham and even as far away as Finland.

Q - Can you supply computer hardware and up to the minute IT software?

A - Yes! We have relationships with most major tier one distributers in the UK. We are HP preferred partners and Microsoft Gold Partners so we can supply just about anything you require. By the way, we see supplying Hardware and Software as a way to get our clients the best possible solution, and not a way to make money.  We are a service company not a box shifter!

Q - Can you arrange leasing?

A - Yes! In fact we would actively encourage you to use the leasing option rather than tie up your company's capital.

Q- Can you supply IT Training?

A - Yes! We have a dedicated IT trainer who can either train at your office or at ours in a number of Microsoft applications.

Q - Will I be tied into a long contract?

A - No! We do not agree in tying people into long contracts, we believe that our service is exceptional so you will not want to leave us. So we operate on a 3 month rolling contract.

Q - We already have an existing IT Support company; will it be a hassle to move?

A - No! All we need are the administrator passwords for your system and any details of any web hosting or broadband suppliers and we will do the rest.
