A Growing Chorus Of IT Specialists
IT specialist Chorus has recruited four new members of staff to
its growing team. Ash Amesbury and Kamala Moulton join as IT
support technicians and Ben Davies and Louise Jarrett join as sales
executives. The latest appointments mean the Portishead-based
team which provides IT and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
support to SMEs has grown from 10 to 15 people in the last six
months.
Ash and Kamala will further strengthen the IT help desk team
which helps clients avoid unnecessary downtime and provides proactive IT support. Ash
previously held IT service and support roles for Wincanton Group
and The Shaw Trust, whilst Kamla joins from The Soil
Association.
Ben Davies, a former account manager for printing services
company Kall Kwik joins as sales executive and will focus on
growing relationships with new clients, whilst Louise Jarrett,
formerly after sales manager for Taylors Estate Agents, joins as
telesales executive and will create appointments for the sales
team.

Chorus, which also specialises in multi-sited operations and
site to site connection, has seen a 50 per cent growth in new
business from its contracted SME clients over the last twelve
months.
The company was established in September 1999 from a home-based
office in Shirehampton by Managing Director Mark Taylor.
Mark, who came from a large IT company background, wanted to apply
the principles he had learnt in providing IT support to big
business to smaller customers and established Chorus as a company
that would deliver honest straightforward, easy-to-understand and
pro-active IT support to a high standard with clear transparent
pricing.
