Chorus Launches Quartet Of IT Services For SME Customers
Portishead-based IT specialist Chorus has moved
to the next stage of its planned growth with the announcement that
it has split its business operation into four dedicated divisions.
The company's SME clients can now access services from Chorus
Professional Support, Chorus Harmony, Chorus Microsoft CRM
(Customer Relationship Management) and Chorus Microsoft XRM which
provides the latest applications and tools to take clients beyond
traditional CRM.
The division of the business, says Chorus, will not only help
clients to easily identify the type of service their business most
needs but will also help them to understand all the options for how
their IT can be managed as they grow. Internally, the move
also enables the company to build teams in each area of the
business.
Chorus Professional Support will provide expert technical support
and a proactive service to keep clients' IT systems working all at
all times for a fixed price fee; Chorus Harmony will enable clients
to replace their often randomly accumulated IT system with tailored
hardware and software that is regularly updated and covered for all
faults and support; Chorus Microsoft CRM will allow clients to
power their business growth using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0
technology which allows intelligent management of customer data;
and Chorus Microsoft XRM - the new generation of CRM - empowers
users to manage far more than customer relationships through
a full CRM suite with marketing, sales and service capabilities
allowing support and sales teams to evolve and work together in
ways not previously possible.
The re-organisation of the business comes as Chorus celebrates a
50 per cent growth in new business from its contracted clients over
the last twelve months and follows on from the company's ten year
anniversary in 2009 and its expansion in October into new 2500
square foot offices in Portishead.
"Our aim is to become Bristol's premier IT provider and we are
already well on the way to achieving this with an array of services
and expert support in place that we believe is second-to-none."
explains Business Development Director Anthony Sherry.
"Our four divisions will look after everything from the needs of
the smaller company looking for a friendly and attentive helpdesk
to growing businesses who need to find solutions to their existing
technology which may be stifling their aspirations and growth
through to helping businesses who want fast, flexible ways to
improve their customer service efficiency and effectiveness and
beyond that to those who want to improve marketing, sales and
customer service using the latest technologies.
"As a growing number of companies look to outsource their IT needs
we are in an excellent position to provide that support at every
level."
Chorus, which is a specialist in multi-sited operations and site
to site connection, now serves clients from a vast range of sectors
from charities to large corporates, manufacturers to law firms and
retailers to recruitment companies. The company works
throughout the South West, nationally and even internationally,
looking after clients' IT needs as far afield as Finland.
The company was established in September 1999 from a home-based
office in Shirehampton by Managing Director Mark Taylor.
Mark, who came from a large IT company background, wanted to apply
the principles he had learnt in providing IT support to big
business to smaller customers and established Chorus as a company
that would deliver honest straightforward, easy-to-understand and
pro-active IT support to a high standard with clear transparent
pricing.
