Company History

Chorus IT was founded in 1999. The company initially built its reputation delivering excellent and high quality infrastructure managed services to a wide range of clients. The company has continued to develop and grow whilst maintaining the strong beliefs' and standards under which it was built.

We have always been a Microsoft house and a certified partner, we have maintained Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status since 2007. We have expertise in network infrastructure, Microsoft Business Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, Chorus IT has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft technologies and proven ability to meet clients' needs.

We have been providing fixed price IT support to a wide range of businesses for over 12 years. Our services include everything you would expect (but don't always get from other providers) including dedicated first, second and third line helpdesks with sophisticated call tracking, remote access, onsite support, and advanced remote monitoring and alerting solutions.

As a Microsoft Dynamics Solutions specialist we have a great deal of experience with Microsoft CRM, we have in house CRM consultants and developers and are well placed to deliver effective out of the box CRM solutions along with sophisticated custom CRM (xRM) solutions integrating with your other business applications and websites.
