Chorus Welcomes Pete Dyche as Operations Director

Leading IT specialist Chorus IT have reviewed their service products in recent months which has resulted in the appointment of a new Operations Director, Pete Dyche. Pete has accrued over 15 years' experience working in the IT industry, encompassing extensive field service and engineering experience before progressing to service management in more recent years. Having a proven record in providing excellent service delivery Pete will be working closely with our clients to improve operational procedures and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Pete will be concentrating on enhancing and aligning best practice IT services to ensure the effective delivery of client-focussed, proactive IT solutions and on-going managed services to our clients. In addition to client account management, Pete will also be responsible for the strategic growth of the business.
